The Accounting Career Awareness Program is a professional and personal youth development program serving students of color who are underrepresented in the accounting and business fields. Through mentorship and our signature Residency Week summer program, the Accounting Career Awareness Program offers educational, development, and advancement opportunities for participants, and fosters diversity in the accounting profession.
